It’s been eighteen years since the outbreak of “Infected” and the events from We’re Alive: A Story of Survival. Once an embattled “Colony” of survivors, the thriving stronghold of Westport celebrates the graduation of its latest class of Guardians, including Nicholas Tink. The son of the late great Saul Tink, Nick yearns to step beyond his father’s shadow and become a hero in his own right, a destroyer of the Infected.
But no peace can last. Unrest reaches the walls of Westport as rivals seek power amongst the ruins. Rumors are spreading … Sightings of someone long thought dead. Deep below the earth where the Infected dwell, another descendant lies waiting.
We’re Alive: Descendants is the culmination of a story that has been unfolding over ten years. Each chapter has established the background for many characters that will come together one last time to conclude the series in a powerful and meaningful finale.

The characters are great voice actors/actresses
Really enjoying the series since I stumbled upon them back in January. Have listened to all of them. I’ve only ever listened to one one audio drama before this one and it was the Aliens, the prequel to the events that took place on Hadley’s Hope. We’re alive is a must listen.. highly recommended.

The Best of the Series
Such a great follow up! And the characters we love! Burt & Shirley are a match made in heaven. I really hope they continue this storyline following Scout’s Honor. The kids in that story weren’t as realistic/believable to me. This full-cast audio drama story has hooked me since the beginning of the series. Nothing beats We’re Alive!
