Glad I found a new Author!
Narration by the male, was fine. The female, not so much! She does horrible male voices and her speech pauses every couple words which makes it irritatingly distracting and abnixious. Not to mention, her constant mispronounced words.
First time I've encountering this author and was quite pleased with this story.. it's a slow burn, very well executed tale that kept me interested from start to finish.. Going forth now to the second which I hope is equally as good as this one. Very glad I found a new Author!

Could have been better
The store line jumps all over the place I tryed the sample lisson it made the book sound really interesting but this book is hard to keep up with one min the lead girl is here nexed it’s totally different it just jumps to much for me the narrator was good just the story not all there for me JS …

"but"
Cringed for every single "but" - seems every single sentence had one. I was looking for a strong heroine. This one was whiny and annoying. tried to force myself to finish listening, but couldn't do it.
