Acerca de esta escucha

From USA Today best-selling author of The Soldier Series comes a new hero...

A conspiracy exists deep within the cogs of the United States political system. Long thought to be no more than a convenient rumor, unabashed proof has been released to the wrong people.

Tommy Donovan, a retired and disavowed special operator, has all but vanished, taking himself off the national radar and away from social contact.

But when terrorist attacks ignite across the United States, Tommy, personally impacted by the devastation, reluctantly agrees to rejoin the fray as a member of a special task force charged with finding and destroying those behind the attacks.

He quickly discovers the fight isn’t against America’s enemies.... This time, America is at war with itself.

The Delphi Initiative strikes hard and fast at a shadow government fully willing to destroy America to preserve the power of the elite.

Excellent series of books Lundy is really starting to flourish in this genre . !

Great Listen

These two authors must have crystal balls! Seriously, they hit the balls out of the park on this one. With the current events snowballing around us, this feels just a little too realistic. The whole book is balls-to-the-wall action at every turn. Tommy "Big Balls" Donavon is such a classic hero, being a good guy at heart, but willing to get his hands dirty. The anticipation for the next book is almost a palpable ball of excitement in my soul.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Amazeballs!🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Fast action and hard hitting this one won’t let you down. One of my favorite coming back into his own and making it work.

Another Lundy extreme

I enjoy W.J Lundy his stories are awesome, but his material is ruined with the narrator! Andrew B. Wehrlen just doesn’t cut It and that’s why I light up with joy to see Lundy has a new book and I cringe and keep on scrolling through audible for another book to listen to! RC Bray, Christian Rummel , Ray Porter, Guy Williams , just to name a few!

WTF Who is this Narrator??? Horrible!

The story itself is good. Not particularly clever but it keeps you engaged enough. The vocal performance is awful. The narrator's voice is too raspy and he doesn't have clear enough diction. His tone doesn't match what he is reading and comes off as trying too hard more often than not. It is very unnatural. The actual literary quality is absolutely pathetic. Did both authors really not tell the other that the writing is elementary and the dialogue feels as if an 8th grader wrote it? This is azy writing that seems like it was written in one sitting.

Not worth it
