Any kind of death annuls everything except his present knowledge and returns him to the past. This is a good way to test all sorts of things. That is, it would be, if not for one little thing.... This loop has real lords and it's unlikely that they'll be happy to hear about an uninvited guest. And that isn't his only problem - all of his memories of the last year have simply disappeared, but the world around him has changed in the meantime.

Loving this series!
Mr. Blayton continues to deliver a series with strong characters and a storyline that get richer and more detailed as it continues on!
If you are looking for an ongoing story where the author spins a tale of grand scope and great vision, I highly recommend this series.

Great Story ruined by narrator
I got to book 5 on Kindle & was waiting for this engrossing story to continue. Great! Book 6 is here & it is on Audible! Waste of money. I am going back to the Kindle version because Bob is really entertaining. Too bad he let Gurd "read" it. Jessica mangled it. She reads 1 word at a time, pauses way too often, volume fades in & out, & she can't pronounce names and places correctly. Kiev is pronounced key-ev not Ki-ev! There is a word pronunciation app for your cellphone - USE IT Please! If Bob is paying her it is out of pity, but stop it & please take pity on your readers.

I think a 12 year old little girl wrote this and not the author
This series is so full of spoiled little girl antics that one has to wonder if the author had a little girl writing it. The whole series thus far has been full of a little girl who is spoiled and whines to get her way. It’s horrible! The story would be “good” if it weren’t for this spoiled little girl!
