Pretty Good

Cliffhanger... UUUUUGH!!!

In true fashion to book one, this author seems to take pride in only using two adjectives: sardonically and incredulously, over and over and over again! And also in true fashion, she goes from a masterpiece to a heap of mess. The ending of this book, like book one, is extremely anticlimactic. But the first 39 chapters were phenomenal. So now... I am hesitantly contemplating going on to book 3, only because I want to know what happens to Brandon and Tamia, but I am so affaid that the ending will piss me off. Uuuugh! As per usual though, Diana Luke did her narration thing! 5 stars for her!

Tamia and her secrets

This chick learned nothing. she lies so much she needs a serious wakeup call... she continues to keep secrets and lie. Brandon is to good for her. Tamia deserves Dominic a lying deceitful person because that's who she is...but hey Brandon loves who he loves.. I don't get it..it must be the 🐱

I can't wait to listen to the next book. With the way thia ended , I was afraid to think I would be left hanging!

Omg

This book done made me have to sign up for audible membership. I was going with the cheaper subscription of audible escapes but I have to know wappens next. Book 3 isn't available with audible escapes.
I've had a roller coaster of emotions with this book. From laughing out loud, to being completely shocked, to being in suspense. This author is very skilled and I can't wait for future books she will put out..... Still that part where Dominique was allowed to leave the country for his grandfather's funeral had me. Having to go St. Croix isn't leaving the country (same country) lol.

Excellent story line, enjoy the plots in the story. The end left me hanging wanting more.
