I love this series!

I love this series, although the slow burn of the romance between the 2 primary characters is a very slow burn & Im ready for something to happen! The mysteries are gripping & I love the characters! I can’t wait for the next installment!

Good, but getting impatient

Enough with Duncan & Mallory not knowing if the other one has ‘feelings’ for the other. Get on with the next chapter of their storyline. It doesn’t make sense otherwise, the rest of what that has been written doesn’t make sense unless they evolve as well. K.A. is one of my favorite authors, I think I’ve read all of her books…several times, but this is the first time I’m getting really annoyed, enough already. Thank you for writing, I really enjoy your books, even though I’m being an impatient brat.

So close. So close!!! The fact that Mallory and Grey still haven’t gotten together is annoying me at this point 😭 And now I have to wait another year for the next book!!

Can’t Get Enough

I absolutely love this series—I listened straight through and was genuinely sad when it ended. The characters are so well developed, and the narration is engaging and brings the story to life. I can’t wait for the next installment!

The voice actors work was incredible. The story is vivid and captivating. Love all of Kelley Armstrong series.

Great but…

Love the story, love the characters but the romance needs to move along. Malory is not really a Victorian woman and she obviously loves Grey and we haven’t seen even a single kiss yet. Otherwise loved the murder mystery

Enjoyable addition to this series

The characters are always fun to be with, and I enjoy the story and the new location, but I was disappointed by the preachy, political correctness. While I’m happy to have opportunities incorporated into the story that can shine a light, I don’t appreciate being lectureto and I felt this book did that, while her previous books we’re more tasteful and subtle in this regard.

Strong female lead with great characters surrounding her

I love this new book. Mallory and Dr. Gray are at it again and the tension between them grows thicker. Hopefully, the next one comes out soon.

Another stellar story by Armstrong

This is a wonderful series. In this installment the detective team attends a wedding in the highlands where one of the guests is murdered. They don’t have jurisdiction, but decide to investigate anyway. You don’t see it coming so enjoy the resolution!

The best of the series

I love this series, but I think this is the best book so far! Please keep them coming!!
