Perfect thing to play for a "little" altar
I feel this is the perfect thing for me to play for my partner with DID when he is having a stressful time and it triggers him to become a "little." I love his 4 year old altar. He gets so scared and anxious. I try to soothe him by telling him he is safe but this book feels like it will do just that. I planned with him to next time tell him when he is little to look for his older self within him and this book makes it so much easier because the writer has an understanding of this on a deep and possibility personal level. I really think it will help his little be less scared.

Amazing book!
Hi. I'm an alter! My name is Kaylie and I am six years old. My daddy put this book on for me and I really liked it. It's my favourite book now! One of the bigger ones inside is helping me spell and so is daddy. This book made me feel safe. I know it isn't my fault. Thank you Jade!!!!!!

Wonderful book
Thank you for this wonderful book. It was really really amazing. I really enjoy reading it. So did our young insiders. They got a lot out of it. I would recommend this book to anyone with D I D, it is a wonderful resource. Thank you Jade. I hope you write more books in the future.

I'm 28 and found out I have DID a few months ago. I met some of my alters for the first time a few days ago. One of them is 5 and very scarred. She hides in closets and feels very alone. I'm going to play this book every night while I fall asleep. This really helped her. Thank you so much ❤

I'm Nikki and I take care of the littles in our system. we only discovered them recently, and although I try to keep them safe, they're still kids that really don't know what's going on. And as a system we are 6 ft tall so that is constantly jarring to them. but I turned this on, and me and one of them started listening while we were relaxing in our favorite chair, And the first thing you said was to grab your favorite stuffed animal, And that is exactly what she did! we paused a few times for discussion, and to take care of some emotions. but ultimately you made the littles feel safe and actually managed to get a dialogue started between us and one that has never spoken before.
This is an amazing resource, because it gets the ball rolling, and it gives very important advice to the tiny ones that need it.
And of course to any system out there that contains a little, especially a newly diagnosed system, or someone who is pretty sure they should see someone about a diagnosis, This is a great resource. dialog and communication amongst the altars is important. And this is how to get the littles talking.
