Feel like I’m talking to my real life bestie

I recommend any Mom or dad whether you are looking to start a family, currently pregnant or have already given birth listen to this amazing book. My daughter is 10 years old and I can still relate to everything Meghan talks about. It has helped me remember how I felt way back when I was pregnant myself and made me now realize that those feelings are normal.

Loft someone whose been TTC for 3 years, Meghan really felt like a true bestie sharing sincere first time mom advice. She really shines how she shares everything so relatable and genuine as if having a conversation with a long time best friend. Her team of professionals sharing fitness, nutrition and even medical insight was a nice surprise. I felt as if it was a personal gift from her to me. But what was most personable was Meghan, her delivery was amazing in the audible recording, but her letter to new moms really finished everything with a giant hug from her to each and every reader.
