I found this to be a very practical and informative book to help people to know what to look for in the words and actions of anyone who you think may be manipulating you. If you are uncomfortable or uneasy around someone or you find them to be just too good, you might want to take a listen to this. In this book, you will find good information to know what to look for in others and what you should do if you think you are being manipulated and taken advantage of by someone. what to watch for

What I really enjoyed was the explanation of the different abnormal psychological behaviors which you might see. It helps to spot them where I work.
