Another amazing series by JA Huss! I always wait for the audiobook and this performance stands out as one of the best! Couldn’t imaging anyone else doing the narration.

good writing

the storyline was very fluid. the narration was definitely awesome. it was a zero heat book with only one section of adult time. this was less of a romance and more of a fantasy book.

Pie is hilarious and Pel is great. I loved that it wasn’t complicated and broody like a lot of relationships in books. Can’t wait for the next book.

Amazing! Wonderful! Magical!! Loved everything about this book. The world building is magical and Pie and Pell are both strong, wonderful characters! I cannot wait to see what happens next. Love this series so much!!

I need more!!

I wasn’t sure what to expect and after the first chapter wasn’t committed, but I kept going. I’ve read books by JA Huss and love her writing but KC Cross is different. As I continued to read, the characters grew on me and the storyline kept throwing twists at me. The more I read, the more I needed I couldn’t put it down! I totally did not predict how this story would go! I freaking loved it snd cannot wait for book two!

Loved the world building, I’m completely invested and Im so excited for book 2 to see what happens next! I was intrigued to read another sci-fi from kC Cross/JA Huss.

Again, this first book in the series is fantastic. Where, oh where is volume 2? For fans of J.A. Huss (K.C. Cross), there is an EOBS at the end. Rejoice!
