Use creative visualization to successfully attain your desires
That which you can visualize, you can manifest. Enlist the unlimited power of your mind to form and hold vivid images, programming them into your subconscious - and thereby into reality - with this proven two-part system of spoken and subliminal suggestions.
In track one - Hypnosis - you will be guided through a full-body relaxation, taking you into a theta-level hypnotic state or inducing sleep, during which your subconscious mind is open and receptive to positive suggestions. The impactful statements you will hear include:
- You have the power and ability to visualize clear, vivid impressions.
- Your imagination can see pictures and impressions very clearly.
- Every day you become better and better at creative visualization.
- You can use creative visualization to program your desires into reality.
You will then be encouraged to hold specific pictures in your mind as an aid in expanding your awareness and be given affirmations to repeat, all of which enhances this programming. You will also be invited to attempt a self-directed practice session to develop your powers of visualization.
Then, in track two - Subliminal Programming - the same messaging and exercises will be relayed to you again, this time embedded in calming music. In this way, the suggestions you heard in track one will continue to be reinforced through this incredibly powerful mind-programming technique.
