Every belief, every blessing, every promise, every prayer has a “but” attached to it: I believe...but; I know...but; I am...but; I will try...but. The word “but” is full of unlimited possibilities and endless pain. The word “but” has power. It creates tension and causes heartache. You’re a good wife, but. You’re pretty, but. I had fun, but. That was great, but. Thank you, but.

No matter how hard we try, it’s hard to kick the “buts”, because by its very nature the word “but” is conflicting. I sometimes feel conflicted, and I don’t think you are much different than me. You love your spouse, but.... You love your kids, but.... You know God can provide, but.... You know God gives peace, but.... You love God, but....

Whatever conflict you are in, you can be confident knowing God is with you. You just need a higher perspective to see it, and that is what I hope this book provides. By presenting biblical examples of those who have gone before us, I pray this book gives you a better sense of perspective. I still believe anything God did at any other time, he can do now. Anything he did at any other place, he can do here. Anything he did through any person, he can do through you. I want you to believe these things, too. Your confidence in God can grow, even though you may be conflicted in how he works.

Excellent and Awe Inspiring!!

I loved it! Some of the chapters cut off. I am hoping this will be updated!! Everyone should read it. It's a real view of struggle and triumph that everyone goes through.

A wonderful uplifting inspired book

This pastor has a way of bringing scriptures to light in a whole new way. It was as though he looked into my heart and knew my thoughts and frustrations. He keeps it real as he explains Gods way of doing His will through us. Pastor Daniel Voss reminds us that we need to believe and trust in Jesus more now than ever before. Truly inspiring!

A Great book with a great message

If you have ever been conflicted or wondered how god works? Do you ever question your faith? This is a must read and written by a very great speaker. Daniel Voss explains and answers so many questions in a very understanding and down to earth approach. I would highly recommend this to anyone whether you go to church or not. You will not be disappointed.

Fantastic!

I can’t believe this is his first book, it’s so well written. He uses great biblical references to inspire, comfort and push personal growth. It’s so refreshing to listen to a pastor that isn’t preachy and is so real and honest. I highly recommend this book.

This book challenged me

I am a big fan of this author and his book has challenged me to change my perspective on things. The stories and the principles are great and it's a great read. I highly recommend.

Absolutely a beautiful book. Finally the segregation of the pasture and the common folk is broke by this book from Daniel Voss. This book encourages me to seek out further in my faith by the encouraging words. I’m honored to have this man as my pasture. May god bless you to the fullest and your family. And please don’t feel out of place, as I did and your style has brought me into the church.

What do I dislike about the book absolutely nothing.
I recommend this book to anyone even our youth.
