Excellent book, really well written and narrated. It is full of really good insights, practical advise, examples and strategies. It disassembles peoples’ conversational behaviours and manipulations. It dives into conversational techniques, body language and the role of listening and being analytical in a conversation rather than reactive. Excellent practical book without any unnecessary puff! One thing I think author may consider to change is the cover of this book, but the book itself is excellent!
