This book begins to prepare the listeners for what they are going to be listening to in the book by describing many unjust actions the different police departments are responsible for, also the people who are mainly affected by police departments, and lastly, the main focus of the book is how we can better police departments all over the United States, making our nation a better and safer place for everyone.
