Any additional comments?
This was so poorly written it was impossible to finish listening. Example: "Coaching is basically like what it is." No joke, that's a direct quote. And after 20 minutes he was still explaining what a coach was. I think if we're buying the book, we know the basic concept of what a coach is. You don't need to explain a fitness coach coaches people to reach their fitness goals, etc.
