A grand romance for Torsten and Ava

Rotation and Ava meet in strained circumstances. Their mistrust of each other makes their interaction difficult. As trust grows, Ava thinks she must disappear. It gets more fascinating in each page.

A Fair story!

It was an ok story. But the voice of the woman was terrible. It was hard to finish the story because of that. Eliza Knight writes very good books though.

So romantic!

I was hesitant to read this because I don't always enjoy the kidnapping trope but I'm so glad I took the chance. This is a sweet, romantic book that I thoroughly enjoyed.

Yes, he kidnaps her but she is always free to leave. He literally leaves the doors open for her. But she is compelled to stay as their friendship and love grows.

Narration is perfect but Antony Ferguson is a real professional and it always shows. He has a broad range of voices and accents and it colors the story beautifully.

Enchanting.

This story us enchanting and so sweet. Loved every bit and welcomed reading and will re-read.

So far of this series this one was my favorite. I’d love to see it as a miniseries. Still wish there was less sex lol. It’s so cringe. But it was the best one, I really liked the male lead! And the fact that he was a father.

Very worth reading

I really liked the interplay between the main characters. A very upstanding woman not aggrandize to speak her mind and a man willing to let her.

The conflict between the characters brings you into the story and keeps you intrigued until the last page.
The narrator did an awesome job. His voice brings each character to life..

Another Eliza Knight Win!

All of Eliza Knight’s books are great! Always twists, turns and characters with very different backgrounds. I’m never disappointed with her books!

Good storyline. Heroine kid of bullheaded. Love “Bad Lassie”! How cute is that for a dog. Happy ending for all.

A Raid That Backfires

You couldn't help but enjoy the enter-change and bantering between Torsten Mackenzie and Eabha MacDonell. Of course this turns out to be more and that's nice too.
