There was trouble in Haven, Arizona, and Ranger Sam O'Ballivan was determined to sort it all out. He arrived posing as the new schoolteacher, and his first order of business was to bring the rough ranchers' children under control. To that end, he called on Maddie Chancelor, the local postmistress, whose younger brother was in firm need of discipline. Sam wasn't sure what to expect - but it was definitely not this graceful woman whose prim, proper stance was so at odds with the fire in her eyes.

Cute story and bad narration..
I’ve never been a fan of Linda Lael Miller but I’m likely to read anyone when it’s a Christmas story, and this was decent. I liked Charlotte/Charlie and Jax, especially Jax. Charlie was too indecisive for a little too long. I really liked Mrs. Klozz, she was a wonderful character.
There was some pretty graphic sex in this but it wasn’t long and drawn out. Also, this ended at 60%, which surprised me.
As to the narration: Jack Garrett was terrible. Every woman sounded just like a man. He didn’t even try to sound a little bit feminine.
