Libby's chameleon mutation has led to a lucrative career as a thief and assassin. This landed on three stars because of the fmc's, suddenly, horrible skills with a gun.
Every time she tried to shoot the psycho, she missed.
It was slightly annoying because of her assassin's skills in the earlier books.

Also, the narration does ruin the book a little bit.
