The author's chakras book and turned right to the sacral chakra. This is exactly what I needed to listen to. She tells in her chakra book about the essential oils, herbs, and crystals to go with each chakra and more. I 😍 the book and I take the classes she teaches. The author Holistic Healing class is the bomb!!! I just bought mine.
