Excellent addition to the series!

The third Chace Ogden story finds the Myth Squad working to save the human realm as they attempt to find the thief who has been stealing artifacts. The level of action in this episode is quite a bit more than the earlier stories and as the title says there is a dragon---- dragons always bring increased action. I guess it goes without saying at this point I’m pretty much addicted to these stories. Once again Michael Weatherbee does an excellent job of bringing the characters and story to life and making this an entertaining listening experience.

A story about the fascinating life of Chace Ogden and his colleagues. Crossing from one world to another trying to bring peace to everyone. Great story told by an exceptional narrator.

really fun series!

The more I progress in this series, the more I enjoy it! This is the third book in the Myth Squad series, with Chace Ogden and his friends working to restore balance in the magical and human realm. You find out more about the relationship between the two realms and the book sets you up perfectly for the fourth book. This is a perfect series for middle school kids, but it's enjoyable for people of all ages, especially if you like role-playing adventure games. I'm really having fun getting to know the characters and oooh, we get a Cobalt Dragon now! This recording came with the introduction to the fourth book, which I'm definitely looking forward to! Michael Wetherbee did a great job with this book and I'm glad he's continuing with the series!

A fantasy story with a fast pace.

Initially, I did not like the sound of the narrator. After some time I got used to the sound.

The story is fast-paced and reminds me a lot of Troll Hunters on Netflix. There were a few minor points in the story where things were mentioned once and never brought back in. the story feels like it needed just a bit more polish to reach the last level of quality. I would like to have more description of the dragon in this book, or how the spells looked.

Another well-written story from a very good author

Chace Ogden and the Cobalt Dragon (MYTH Squad Book 3), my fourth read/listen from author Trevor Darby. 3-hour 34-minute/105-pages. Picking up seamlessly from the first tw books, the story-line quickly gets better & better drawing the reader deeper & deeper. Narrator Michael Wetherbee’s narration adds greatly to the book’s enjoyment. I have to admit to speeding up the playback the story was so enthralling. I was given an Audible copy of this book & am voluntarily reviewing it. I’ll be reading more from this author and in this series, in fact next up is Chace Ogden and the Magical Realm MYTH Squad, Book 4. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018)

A New Magical Adventure

This is the third book in the continuing saga of Chace Ogden and his friends, known collectively as the Myth Squad. Upon returning to the Human Realm, Chace and his friends settle into their normal routines, when they start to hear of unusual events happening in the world, and they come to realize that something has followed them from the Magical Realm. This tale relates the adventure as to how the Myth Squad faces this new challenge. Trevor Darby delivers another fun and magical adventure that can entertain all ages. Michael Wetherbee's narration is great, adding layers to the enjoyment of the story. I was given a free copy of the audiobook and I have voluntarily left this review.
