A great, heartwarming story...

What did you love best about Casting the First Stone?

I love the fact that Casting the First Stone is a well written Christian book. Christian Values, wonderful characters, and a great story line... that makes this book worth the read!

What other book might you compare Casting the First Stone to and why?

I don't know, as I haven't read too many Christian books as of late. But I would still recommend the book to read.

What about Beth McIntosh’s performance did you like?

Beth has a great voice that brings the book to life.

If you could take any character from Casting the First Stone out to dinner, who would it be and why?

Charli. I would take Charli to dinner, as I would have liked to get to know the 12 year old much better.

A heartwarming story

This is a good heartwarming story with Christian values. The characters aren't perfect, but the relationships between the characters are heartfelt. I like how the author wove Christian beliefs into their everyday lives and showed that Christians aren't perfect, but flawed. I look forward to listening to other books by Lisa Lawmaster Hess.

Great story about family dynamics!

Nice balance between humor and the real struggles that often surround families. I really enjoyed the narrator's depiction of the various characters and found the last chapters to be real real page turners.
