some great insights and well worth the listen

I love how easy to listen to and how valuable Bridget makes this audiobook on carb cycling. She provides much more than just the blueprint for carb cycling AND makes it easy to implement and get started in a sustainable way. She advocates for sustainable shifts that work for your body and other components that may seem simple but can amplify your efforts. Take the gems and make it your own. Even if you don't end up carb cycling, there are great opportunities here nonetheless.

practical and solid guide

Finally a book understands endomorph women. Their bodies are different, they have softer bodies with curves, they have a wide waist and hips and large bones, while that doesn't mean they are overweighted. So the diet, especially the carb cycling is different for them. It has a different focus, different rules. There are many advices you could find online. However many are actually quite generic, that lacks the understanding of this particular body type. This book is a very practical and sophisticated guide of carb cycling particularly designed for endomorph women.

Very good new ideas to try!

Wife is telling me the book breaks down why traditional low-carb diets often fail and how to modify them to work effectively. The author provides a clear roadmap, including a 7-day meal plan, exercise recommendations, and supplement guidance. The information is easy to follow, making it suitable for both beginners and those who have struggled with weight loss in the past. Still could use a bit more scientific research presentation to be more comeplling.... but that might just be me! Solid 4 golden stars!
