had me in the first half.
Not going to lie I liked both characters in the beginning. twords the middle they both dropped off for me personality wise. she kept up with the woes of life and kept making it about no one respecting her or her wishes. while she ran off more than once just to prove a point. leading on to more suffering. He got way to overprotective at one point. They both sucked. at the end I'm glad they get their surprise but I wish all of them did not just them.

*SPOILERS** This book seems inside out, and there are too many distractions to really feel the chemistry between the soul mates, which is what I loved about the other stories. There was a lot of "copy & paste" to get to the word quota. Our heroine was more obsessed with Fallen than with Cage. The round and round inner musings, the outward arguing and paining the canvas of characters we don't need yet was as annoying as the warrior battles peppered through the story in lieu of the cadence that keeps me focused on the story. I will persevere on to the next book in line. I'd like to follow thru up to the last story.
