Narrator Review
I'm the author of "By the Gods's Ears" and this is a review of the narration of my novel by Bethany Luhrs.
Bethany approached the task of narrating "By the Gods's Ears" enthusiastically, asking many questions about pronunciations and how certain characters should speak. I wrote two songs for this novel and Bethany volunteered to sing them which was a great surprise to me. Working with her on the arrangements was quite a thrill.
The voices she created for my characters amazed me. I had made up voices for each character while writing. Some she captured exactly as I heard them in my heard, but other voices were different than I had imagined, and I actually like her interpretation better.
Bethany's reading of "By the Gods's Ears" was smooth, clear, and easy to listen to. My novel contains a variety of emotions from joy to sadness, from love to anger, and everything in between. Bethany skillfully captured the emotion of every moment and made "By the Gods's Ears" a pure joy to hear. I truly hope to work with Bethany again. I cannot recommend her enough.

Excellent narration for an excellent story
Great narration with no tripping on the foreign words, the tricky accents, the differentiation between characters. Very high quality audio narration with good pacing and emotional depth but not overdone (to be cringy, for example). The story itself excellent and very enjoyable.
