fun pre-vacation read

I picked up this book after visiting Budapest. It was light and fun, with a little travel log added. I have already recommended it to a friend who is traveling Budapest in a few months so that she can get a feel for Budapest before she leaves.

Romantic roller coaster ride through Budapest

Prepare yourself for an entertaining romantic roller coaster ride between a New England lady seeking a lasting relationship and Netherlandishman seeking his soul mate after a painful divorce by his first wife due to the crippling injury to their son, or perhaps to better herself with her well off high school boyfriend.
The novel doubles as a Fromers guide to any perspective tourist seeking to partake in the spas of Budapest and enjoy the cities art scene while gaining an appreciation for the locals who will sometimes spend a major part of their day soaking at the cities numerous spas, as it was alluded to in the novel, this Zen like way of life is greatly contrasted to their Austrian neighbors, reasons for the difference between the two cultures may be the Hungarian people's tribal / nomadic roots.
