I love this series of brothers/books!

Even though I started with book 4 of this series, I had to jump right into the first book and kept going as soon as I could! I had moments of laughter that even made my Dobies wonder what was up! Of course because this book had two Dobermans added to the mix(even if just a small part) I was even more excited about this story. I can’t wait to read the next book in the series! Wonder author and narrators! PS the mother is also close to my heart as I raised boys and never act normal either!!!

Swoony hilarious heart warming romance perfection

This is a glorious grumpy hero paired with a sunshiny heroine best friend’s little sister forced proximity tale with a side of childhood crush thrown in. The story has the perfect mix of all the good stuff. It is also a story that sucks you in and keeps you enthralled to the very last syllable. Blaze is one of 5 brothers raised by a single mother. He recently moved back to his small hometown of Auburn Hill after suffering an injury that ended his career as a stuntman. Blaze has some unpacked emotional baggage and he’s a little rough around the edges and a little wounded which comes out all kinds of grumpy growly bear. Tired of living with his no boundaries mom, he asks his best friend, Ben, if he can live with him. Annie, Ben’s little sister, is a veterinarian who is working on opening her vet practice in town. Annie is happy, super talkative and just wants to help everyone. Tired of living with her grandmother and her grandmother’s BF, she also asks to move in with Ben. Ben is out of town and there is a miscommunication which leads to a naked shower encounter and thus starts Annie and Blaze’s journey to their HEA. The book does a phenomenal job of taking us on the journey of Blaze and Annie as they struggle to let go of past pain and fear, learn to trust and depend on each other, and fight for what makes them happy. The story has plenty of steamy scenes, sweet moments, stupid choices, laughter, crazy and quirky townspeople, and simmering and overwhelming feelings, all wrapped up in swoony heart squeezing love. The story was well written with relatable characters with depth who grow and an engaging storyline that made me feel all the things. I’ll definitely keep reading this series.

Kyle Mason and Angelina Rocca did a wonderful job narrating the story and characters into life with enough change of inflection, tone and cadence to voice multiple characters quite well.
