great book however outdated information
lots of outdated information. 1980's and 90's information. ie newspaper ads, taking your banker to lunch to get a loan, I thought since the release date was recent, the information would be current.

If you want to be a realtor you could read this - unless you’ve read Brian Tracy realtor stuff. This is just Brian yet again repackaging other books he wrote into a new title. Unless you’re new to Brian, move along.
