Promising but Confusing Storyline

I really wanted to like this story after reading the first book in the series. However, this book was very convoluted. Several chapters repeat the same scene but in different manners. It makes it a bit hard to follow the storyline.

I need more

I like this and where is the next one… will it ever be an audible? If I could sit and read a book I would but let’s keep this going! Double thumbs up!
