Very valuable tips for anyone who wants to indirectly reach out and inspire others or have a positive impact in ways other than just spoken words. Totally recommended. This book is a must read and must keep resource. The application does not stop on the professional front. Derek Borthwick includes tools that are beneficial for personal relationships, as well.

As an experienced public speaker used to presenting in large and small groups I consider myself well attuned to nonverbal communication queues so I may adjust to the listeners. Informative book about body language

I enjoyed listening to this book and learned a lot about reading body language of anyone. I also learned a lot i could do when presenting and talking to people to help them me in the first few seconds… Amazing and down to the point book that I would recommend anyone should read.

Fun and interesting listening

I enjoyed practicing some of the body language tips and tricks taught in this book.
I work in sales so the content was extremely helpful in that context. However, I am finding myself thinking about body language now in all kinds of settings. It has helped me to build better and faster rapport with people ( professionally as well socially)

Impressive guide to understanding body language

Wow! Just an incredible book for reading body language! Listening to this book gave me valuable insights about behaviours not just by other people but my own as well especially in professional and public settings. Every chapter and body part interpretation is a revelation even for those like me who think I have good intuition about people's non-verbal behaviours. Very scientific and well explained. I was thoroughly entertained. Listen well to the chapters on the interpretation of legs and feet behaviour and be entertained by chapters on attraction and seduction!

Informative easy to listen to book, great insights

How to ready any body has great insights into what our nonverbal cues are saying even though we might be verbally saying something different. Highly recommended for anybody that is communicating for a specific purpose such as at work or improving personal relationships. There are many things I have learnt that I wasn't aware of and also many that I was aware of but I don't think to pay attention to. There are useful tools included that help you to improve and practice reading nonverbal communication.
The book layout, style and narration is enjoyable and easy to listen to.
