Slow start but once you get going it is a page turner. The characters are deeply drawn and the plot keeps churning. Food and wine a la Nero Wolfe become part of the narrative.

Love Peter May books
Love the narrator and the books are a really good read. From start to finish I really enjoy his story lines.

So Booooorrring
The narrator did a very good job with accents and different voices. The story is boring with a long, detailed scenes. I skipped quite a bit, hoping it would get better and that I would skip some more and finally just went to the last 30 minutes and it was trite and easy to solve!
