I absolutely Loved this series. The writer is unbelievable. I Loved the journey I was taken on both good and bad.

Amazing

I think this may be my first review on here. I enjoy plenty of audiobooks, have one on for background listening with any task im doing. Yet I have never felt compelled to leave a review up until today.
This series was unique, built a complex storyline and character development. It spoke of numerous social issues and really made you feel like a part of the story.
It was heartbreaking at times while at the same time building hope and making you wish for more for the characters. It didn’t try to sugar coat the rough and jagged pieces of each character, instead showing the reader how those jagged pieces fit together to create a chosen family.
Absolute perfection. Cannot wait for more from this author.

I am in owe

This was sooooo good, I was afraid that like many sequels it will loose the wind that Cary it, but it didn’t it is an excellent book. Well written, reviewing an excellent story, and the MC developed so well when the evolved to be better than before. Loved the fight with the chicken. Quinn Riley is soooooooo good brings out the book to be a pleasure to isten to.

I can’t say enough about these two audiobooks!!! I wish there was 10 more audiobooks to continue the story!! I LOVED THE CHARACTERS AND WISH THE STORY WOULD CONTINUE FOREVER!!!!

Found family done right

Lesbian romances have a tendency these days to essentially be re-writes of tired stories told over and over. In a western “outlaw kidnaps girl, girl and outlaw fall in love” story, i was of course expecting the good amount of steamy sections, however I was not expecting to find inclusivity with the mentally disabled, native communities, found family, and an empowering message of self growth and reliance. I can’t wait to see more of this author in the future!
