Betsy's performance was never distracting or grating with any of the characters.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

I didn't listen to this book in one sitting, but I looked forward to when I would get a chance to continue.

Sweet story!!

Really sweet story. LOVED the narrator. I felt like the heat could have been turned up a bit, but over all it was a great read.

Slow to middle and lack luster to end. Never really grabbed me just a kind of boring listen.

This is such a tender and loving story. Both Characters accept self love in order to love another

Outstanding

This book was not only warm and heartfelt goodness, it was well written, with well developed characters who will keep you fully engaged and to my surprise , informed. I felt like I learned a lot about handling dogs. I also have a new admiration for the sight impaired. This book came alive with the amazing narration. I highly recommend it to anyone who wants a feel good read. Oh and it's quite the romance!!!

Moving story of learning to trust and love.

The narration was moving. I loved the characters and how they both dealt with their own pasts. The journey they both took together to understand themselves and each other is something I know I will enjoy again and again.

Authenticity with compassion.

There was reality, respect, and compassion in a veryy good story. I have listened to it about 10 times and am sure that I will listen to it a few more times in the future.

Yes, it's a charming love story that deals a lot in trust issues.

Who was your favorite character and why?

Since I am handicapped you would think I would relate more with the blind girl but it's the report that I liked best, she had such a hard time expressing her true emotions or understanding them until it was pointed out to her.

Nope, but she is AWESOME

Really good book needs to be heard.

informative and enjoyable

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

I started out not thinking much about the everyday challenges of the blind. I'd like to think that's not because I'm callous, but I had never put much time into it. I didn't know that "puppy walking" is a real thing. This book gently taught me quite a bit. What I didn't like was that the language was simple and many of the sentences short and repetitive.

I'd never heard a narration by Betsy Zajko before. Her narration added depth to the story.
