Inspring

If you could sum up Black Titan in three words, what would they be?

AWESOME!!!
This book is a most read for anybody in business. Its should become a required reading in all college level business classes. I learned so much from Mr. Gaston's story. Sadly, he is never portrayed as a central figure during the Civil Rights and that is a major mistake.

We all at some point need to be reminded of the sacrifices that were made, both seen and unseen that got you to a place of better Opportunity. This book reminds me the WE should never forget to throw back the proverbial rope. The same rope that was handed to US by the Souls of our ancestors.

well written and very informative. being a native of Birmingham myself, I thoroughly enjoyed learning a portion if my history I did not know.

Great Eye Opener To An American Legend

His life is an example of what you can do when you are committed to your vision. I mist admit that it was a bit depressing at times. Once I got to the chapter dealing with his contributions to Civil Rights, I felt like we are fighting to same battles 50 years later.

Glad to know about this Giant. Should be required reading, especially for young black people. Love the fact that it was written by a young female from a perspective two generations after him.
