A book that applies to many aspects of life. Clear applications to businesses of all sizes. Dr Roncska highlights what servant leadership really means and brings it to life through his examples. However the concept of leading with love can be applied to parenting and day to day personal relationships. I benefited greatly from the book and found it to be well worth the investment of time.
