Josh Painter went from being an overweight jail guard to a successful, generous entrepreneur by developing and applying these same principles to his own life and those he has mentored. I highly recommend this book whether you think you need to read it or not.

I love listening to audible books because I comprehend them better than reading an actual book. This book was such an easy listen to, and such a great inspiration on how easy it is to become the best version of your life. Being consistent and accountable and having loved ones around you to support you is the key to life. I encourage anyone who has a long drive to work, or some time on the treadmill at the gym to take time to listen to this book you will not regret it.

Amazing book.

Highly recommend this book. Author shares so many tools and thought processes to creating your life on your terms. So many gems on my first time listening. Im listening to this one several times. Take action on the recommendations.

Excellent Listen

The subject matter as well as the delivery from the author was excellent. A lot of topics here covered with an approachable and reasonable perspective. I will be going back to this from time to time after hitting my reset button.
