excellent start

the start to a phenomenal new portal series. the way the MC gets roped into staying his adventure had me getting weird looks from my coworkers from laughing so hard. the are a couple things in the book that's unclear but still highly recommended

❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️I hope there are more books to come in this series! The MC is great along with a really good supporting cast! The story is captivating! The narrators also do a good job of bringing the story to life! Great job Marcus Sloss and Stoham Baginbott!

Good start for a new series!

Classical dungeon dive and power up your team! You quickly become enveloped into the story. All too quickly the episode is over and you want the next one!

Good overall

The story idea was good but to have a high school student with no special power or any divine gifts be the mc when our entire world has the same opportunity. To believe that all the world governments and every civilian had the same power that the UN and governments and a military general help this kid and not do the same. When massive fortune is available this would never happen. Without any explanation to why this is too far fetched to get into following this HS students journey

Nice premise.

This was a nice change of pace from what I'd been listening to.
The portals to another world are appearing on ours and the MC and his eventual harem are taking out the monsters on the other side so they don't come over to ours.
Great story and an entertaining listen.
I give this book 7.5 out of 5 stars.

Ok Book, the audio is not clean.

Sounds like it was too quiet and they boosted it too much. There is background noise. Low bitrate.

I loved the book it needs a second one. the ending demands more. I love the way you build the world and it's history.

Good story but honestly it could have been better if it was longer because it feels like a lot of things were left out also the levels mean nothing other than the update to the crafting. and the ladies are pretty much just trophy wives only Colleen was somewhat useful with the info dump but after that just a trophy. and i hopefully the MC isn't going to be okay with that happened at the end of the book

Average story, bab audio

An average to good story ruined by bad audio quality and piss poor voice acting. If they change the narrators I'll pickup the sequel, but otherwise it's a no from me.
