Being in an enchanted resort doesn’t keep bad things from happening

Life working at an enchanted resort is not without its bumps along the way including thefts. Read this book if you want to find out if the culprit is caught and what other trouble can find both the staff and guests.

Very entertaining with a good story and great characters. Looking forward to additional books by the combination of author and narrator.

The narrator did a great job setting the scene

I thoroughly enjoyed listening to this story, the over worked waitress certainly resonated with me and not finding enough time in the day to do all that beckons, many of us know all about that! I loved the paranormal based island paradise and the guests were entertaining to be sure. The murder mystery had me guessing wrongly and the surprises easily kept my interest. The narrator did a great job setting the scene and giving personalities to the characters. I am looking forward to listening to more of this series.

Who took the Crowns? Great Paranormal Mystery!

This is the 2nd book I’ve listened to in this series, and it’s another winner.  This paranormal cozy mystery was so much fun to listen to.  Destiny is a witch who works as a bartender/manager of the Enchanted Coast Resort and who loves investigating thefts and murders with her Fox familiar, Tempest.  While Destiny has been crazy busy in work and needs to find a manager to help out the tiki bar, she notices things have been disappearing from the bar.  Also, a Royal family is visiting and their crowns are stolen, so Destiny has to try and tack them down.  Her boyfriend Colin stops by and joins them on the quest to find the missing crowns.  Colin wasn’t in much of the last book so I was pretty excited to have him in a lot of this book and to see a little peek of him and Destiny’s romance.  This book was a lot of fun and made me laugh.  It also had mystery, suspense, paranormal activity and friendship.  I really love Destiny, Tempest and Colin and look forward to their next adventure!  I loved the awesome narration of Meghan Kelly.  She makes each character unique and brings them to life and puts all her feelings into each character.

Beachside Burglary is the 6th book in the Enchanted Coast Magical Mystery Series by Tegan Maher. There are items going missing, theft and murder. Destiny, a witch and co-manager at the resort, is struggling to balance work and personal life and now she’s investigating crimes at the resort. I love this series with it’s cast of magical characters and their inclusiveness to other beings. Paraphrasing from the book, although the DNA is different, we are all similar and have the same domestic and workplace dramas. The book has humor, serious dialogue and surprises throughout. The narration by Meghan Kelly is wonderful. Her professional performance provides unique voices and accents to the characters that are perfect for their personalities and backgrounds. She brings the characters and story to life. I didn’t want the audiobook to end!! I received a free audiobook code for my honest review.
