Smile stuck on my face

I had a huge grin on my face when the book ended. Ms. March creates the best characters and I love her story telling- waiting for the next one… hope she continues this story

Lovable characters, well, written

I didn’t want the story to end I’m curious, which of the children’s story will be next. I can’t wait for the next one!!

Another good story from Emily March

I have listened to a few novels from this author and enjoy the series and all the characters. The only thing that was hard to get past was the reader for Willow. She spoke too quickly and sounded more like a teenager getting through a report with poor inflections. It was not well suited for this character and took a lot of focus not to be distracted by it.

Predictable

It was entertaining. But too much description. Dragged in places and then super fast in others. Not the best one I’ve listened too.

The love of family

I enjoyed the romance for Willow and Noah and his love for her children Drew and Emma

This is part of my most enjoyable series by one of favorite authors. I loved the story.

Meh

I was disappointed. The story is underdeveloped. There were times I wondered if it was AI generated. Seriously, what modern mother uses the word “ febrile” ? I felt the narration was like listening to a high school play and found it annoying. I was looking forward to this sequel but it fell flat. I fail to see how Genevieve found her balance.

I enjoyed the story but listening to this narration was painful. It just didn’t flow as well as book one.
