Something about a bad boy with a past

I don't know what is about a bad boy that has a past wanting to help a girl in trouble. The mixed feelings as they try to resolve whether or not they deserve one another, or to be happy. They are fascinating stories. We are taken on a journey where the conflict is slowly released. You are given these little bits throughout the story that helps you to stay in the moment to the end.

Lo is an amazing sister to her younger brother Jesse, though she can be a little too protective when you consider when she was his age she was looking after both of them. I wished she would allow him some freedom to be more independent.

The relationship between Dare and Lo starts slowly, but soon becomes enraged. The relationship is very unexpected.
I really enjoyed it and just wanted to keep listening.

Awesome........Again

Another amazing read from Charleigh Rose! She is now definitely one of my favorite authors. I absolutely love Lo and Dare. Their story was different and awesome! Once again I was completely sucked in by the writing, the story, the characters, I just can’t say enough! I’m a series reader and although this could be a standalone, it’s definitely best read as part of the series. It was so gratifying to catch up with favorite characters from book 1, Bad Habit, as they were incorporated into Bad Intentions. Time to go dive into Jess’s story, just as soon as I catch my breath!!!

Overall a good read

I felt like the ending was rushed. It was almost like you where at the cusp of a big moment and before you know it.. 💥 epilogue lol.

I am in love with this book. it had everything. some mystery to what happen to him. and what she was running from. then her sassy attitude. the love for her brother, that she has been rasing.

Worth a buy

Loved this book! My only regret not reading it sooner! I can’t wait wait to finish this series. Narration was great as well!

Fabulous characters!!

These two main characters are two of the most down on their luck characters. There just isn’t a better story for these characters. There isn’t anyone else better to heal the other than they are for each other. I just loved Lo. She’s an amazing woman. She’s so strong and fierce. She’s tackled so much and just handles it all. I really admired her character. Then we have Dare... amazing Dare. He was so aloft and really his self esteem was just crap. He didn’t think he deserved anything worthwhile.

Anyway, I could go on and on about these characters. Let’s discuss the author Charleigh Rose... she killed this book. She gave us characters that we route for. Characters that we want to win the flipping lottery! Her writing flows and is exquisite. The journey Ms. Rose took us on for Lo and Dare’s happily ever after is captivating, heart-wrenching, and deliciously sexy!

Brooding man romance. 1 POV. Hea. Standalone.

This is a “sexy” tattooed, lost man with a bad childhood meets a lost girl still dealing with ramifications of her bad childhood. Throw in a little angry ex boyfriend and a tattooed alpha hero is born.

It’s a pretty easy listen. The narration is pretty good. The HEA is only 7 months in the future. This is a standalone but there are more books in this series.

I thought I loved Asher...nope I definitely LOVE Dare.

My favorite book by Charleigh Rose

I have been having a hard time finding a book by this author that I really enjoy. I am happy to say that Bad Intentions has hit its mark and I loved the two main characters Dare and Logan. The story was really good and both characters have some serious baggage. Logan was a great character. I loved how much she cared about her brother and did everything in her power to protect and provide for him. They never had a lot, but she never let it stop her. Plus, Logan's brother was so awesome. I loved him a lot despite how troubled he seemed every now and then. He is a good kid. Dare was so broody at first, but holy hell I fell hard for this man. I loved how protective he was of Logan and all the things he did for her and her brother. The romance and chemistry between him and Logan was perfection.

I loved Lance Greenfield voicing Dare. His voice was so sexy and fit Dare perfectly. I look forward to listening to more books that Lance narrates. I also liked Jennifer Stark as Logan. Bad Intentions is a a good book and both these narrators do a wonderful job bringing these characters to life.

My only issues with this book was that I felt that it ended a little abruptly. Dare's past is kinda thrown in at the end and then the book is over. It gets resolved so suddenly like it was an afterthought instead of being something that constantly troubled him and worked through. Logan's baggage is the main focus and while there were a lot of things messed up in her life they all kinda faded into the background. I kinda felt like I needed more closure between her and her dad and mother. There's only one thing that gets wrapped up.

All in all I really liked this book. I felt the romance and the story. The characters were all great and lovable. Bad Intentions is a definite winner in my opinion.
