Politics of being a wine sommelier?? Who knew!! Consider the amount of personal finance and years of study and effort of the students.Tragic for the “class” of 2018 with no recourse and no accountability of the “board”. Shame on them…then and whoever enables these practices to continue .

Something that the normal person can relate to, placing the expensive restaurant whine expert in perspective. What the experts have to aspire to and then dedicate time and money and above all, sacrifice to attain knowledge and then recognition.

engaging and worth a binge

Marc did a great job digging into this truly bizarre story. I really enjoyed the different perspectives. Marc gave each person time to tell their story their way. What a truly unfair and bizarre the situation. I found myself saying what the f*** more than once.

Had no idea- the whole complexity.

The first few mins of the story were strange and I was almost skipped the book. I’m so glad I did not.
I never knew this much was involved behind the sommeliers. Wow. Learnt so much. Great narration and story. Will be sure to listen to Marc’s other stories. Kudos.
