a must read for everyone!

Marisa changed my life! I found Marissa by accident through a Hay House Facebook live where she did a reading for me and she told me that I had a very important life purpose. I would love to know what she sees that purpose as because she didn't tell me during the reading but she did tell me things that connected me to her instantly. She told me without knowing anything, that she was cutting the cords that I have attached to my father and to those friends that hurt me 12 years ago. She had no idea that my dad had passed away recently and we weren't on the greatest of terms nor did she have any way of knowing about the bullying that I experienced with my friends 12 years ago. After that reading I felt free from the sadness surrounding my father's death and his absence throughout my life. great exercises

I love the content, the advice and exercises are great. My only complaint would be that she talks pretty fast and there are no pauses. I know I can pause it anytime which is helpful but when I am listening in the car she goes a little too fast for me to absorb what she is saying. I know I will listen to this many times because the content is really good.

I typically listen to my audio books at 1.5 speed. I didn’t have to with this one and the pauses were perfect. This is full of helpful rituals to help understand the body/spirit connection and make the most of it. Thank you Marisa!
