Great story

I just love the characters you just can’t help but wanting them to succeed. Can’t wait for the next chapter and new characters to love.

Cried, cried, cried

I haven’t cried this much in a book in a while. Even though know it would have an HEA, my tear ducts didn’t know that as I read. Enemies to lovers. And a secondary romance. Moving the story along from the Psy viewpoint.

Knockout Trinity Novel Alert! weeewoooo

As a years-long AVID (read: rabid) reader of the Psy-Changling /Trinity series, I feel well qualified to state: This is one of the best so far. I will avoid any spoilers in my review, and be a little vague for those who haven't read the series. Please do yourself the favor and dive on in, you won't regret it.

The story: in the past, two paths that should have run tandem have been thrust into a crossroads: those paths have finally come back together to a head - will they change the past to save their future? Meanwhile, a killer must be caught, or the world they know will change.

The review: The story itself is thrilling, and the descriptions are utterly breathtaking. A vivid picture of the story is easily placed in your mind's eye, and the heartfelt dialogue keeps you locked into the story. We get small glimpses of some past characters, and the main series timeline story doesn't play as prevalent a role as previous books. However I don't think that detracts at all from the story. We learn so much about J-psy and the casual social injustices of the Psy themselves. I truly loved and enjoyed this book: I am about to start my second listen of the Audible version and can guarantee it will not be my last.
A genuine and heartfelt THANK YOU to Nalini Singh: these books have brought such joy into my life at times when I felt alone and lost. The morals and feelings of your characters are so beautifully written, so utterly relatable, you make us feel alive as readers. You help us keep our sparks of life. Thank you.

Great engaging story

I loved the characters. They pulled me into the story that I had been waiting for. I went from tears to laughter and back again. Please don’t stop the stories in the Psy-Changeling series!

Great unfolding backstory

I love the whole fantasy world in this series, never disappoints. I really connect with the characters and unfolding storylines.

Really loved this book. The narration was amazing. All the many voices, male and female brought the story to vivid lfiew. Thank you, Nalini. in the middle of some bad things and this let me forget the trouble for hours at a time. your books have the best readers, hands down.

This is gotta be one of my favorite books in this series. Loved it everything about it.

Psy Changeling winner

Atonement Sky had a few old favorite characters come by as cameos, but for the most part, we had new people. Adam has been a backup player in some of the books surrounding SnowDancer and DarkRiver packs, when they needed scouts in the air. Though we’ve met J Class Psy before, I only remember Sophie, Nikita Duncan’s advisor and assistant.

Atonement Sky opens with Eleri heading towards Raintree, Arizona, where Adam lives with his wing. But the two had met before, when Eleri had backed another J Psy by saying a certain person had not killed Adam’s father. It’s something that causes a lot of trouble between them. Also causing issues is Eleri’s psychic ability, to take memories from people to prove their innocence or guilt, and then broadcast it out to others. Her ability is starting to taking all her mental abilities to keep under wraps, under control. To keep from becoming lost in the memories of all of the criminals she’s read over the years. She’s made a pact with her three best friends to document and last as long as possible, and then when it starts to get to be too much, they would take their own life or the life of one of their friends if they became a danger to others.

The mystery of this book is that Eleri is trying to locate one last serial killer, as that she’s the only one with the information to find him. She only tells Adam her full, real reason of her visit to Raintree and even enlists his wing’s help finding this person. It’s a race against time, once the killer knows she has come to his town.

I am a huge fan of Ms Singh’s romantasy books, I live for each new installment of the Psy Changeling series!! And while this was good, and had all the important elements of a Psy Changeling book, it just wasn’t as amazing as Riley and Mercy’s book. I can’t really say what was missing for me, but there was just something making it in the lower half of the Psy Changeling books for me. But to be clear, that still puts it at least in the top 10% of my favorites.

Because of the cameos and things mentioned from the past, this book should really be read in the order it was written. If you don’t mind missing a big chunk of back story, then jump on in! This was one that seems more out of the main timeline than in it. I loved all the characters, especially Adam’s female second wing. I still would give the book a 4.5/5 rating, because as I said, Ms Singh’s books are next level!!

Fly away with my heart

Another great addition to this series. Loved getting to see the hearts of the Windhaven Falcons and the way the world is shifting now that Silence has fallen.
