Enjoyable on an Atomic Level

Mathew Beans and Ophelia Madson do a great job bringing each of the unique characters to life in this transported to a new world type story! Great use of one credit for three books and can kick back and relax with. Main characters comes to grips with his new life and moving on with the struggles of creating a new family

Fun story

terrible narrator. he didn't have a single moment that his tone matched the story. he even split sentences that changed the story to match his tone, a very over the top dramatic voice.

Fair but not to my taste

The story was detailed and lusty, but lacked tension and didn't draw me in. the narration to me didn't accentute the changes in emotional intensity or pacing as much as I would prefer.

love the story only one issue

love the story can't wait to the fourth one I only had one issue the battle with the emperor seems to be skipped the chapter ends when she says s and then it just ends and that jumps to after the battle don't know if you can but please fix

genuinely kinda terrible.

there are atleast 2 chapters that got skiped, although most people mention the one during the climax of the books conflict. i tried to choke this terrible writing down for too long and cant get a refund now.

the power system is horribly fleshed out, the conflicts are basicaly ended the moment MC shows up in the most boring way, the male VA is super overdramatic which works for some stories but for an adult novel like this.

it is at best grating. the female VA does a bit better at making her characters unique and not overacting the roles. they feel more genuine and she is the sole reason the performance is at a 3 star for me.

the first few chapters were pretty decent, but all that went out the window when the main story and conflicts were overshadowed by replays of the same 3 sex scenes with limited descriptions for basically the entire book since the first woman was introduced.

all in all, even for generally poorly written male fantasy porn, its bad. which is saying a lot. im just glad that better series exist in the genre.

Couldn’t even come close to finishing this book

Knew what I was getting into with the smut, honestly that’s part of the reason I got the book. Yet, I couldn’t even get to the first sex scene because the dialog was so cringy that I physically shuttered more than once. The MC is a 68 year old, who acts like he’s never seen a woman before after he gets to his new life. The actual worst part though that made me stop is the male VA; he is the worst I’ve ever heard I think… genuinely 🤮
Do not recommend!

5 hours in, 17 sex scenes.

"What, sex? Again?!?!"

Those were words I said to myself at the 5th scene, and it just
kept coming.
and coming.
and cu.... coming...

and all this only 6 hours in...

MC is supposed to be a 70-year-old man. Instead, he's a (nearly)mindless horn dog who gets women thrusted *cough* upon him and for which the ENTIRE premise of the plot seems to be a backdrop for the many "positions" he and these gatcha, pokemon-esque women find themselves in. Worse, the narration, especially from Ophelia is exceptionally bland. Though to be honest, I don't blame her. Who wants to act out 30 hours of almost non-stop sex in a story like this?

Look, if you're 17 years old and this is your thing, go for it. Have fun. But for me, the "fun" was WAY too much and a poor mask for the flat characters, bad premise, and mary sue-esque MC.

Final Verdict: 1 rock-hard star out of 5.

Such a fun series!!

I really enjoyed this whole series this far with all the overpowered MC and his harem of lovely ladies as he makes his way toward godhood!! Only bummed that the author is on a hiatus with this one while working on others. Hope he finished this one soon!!

XXX porn fantasy

First two chapters were OK and setup an interesting premise. By the third chapter the story stalls as each chapter seems to begin and end with detailed sex scenes.
I'm mad I wasted an audible credit on this hot pile of crap.
