I’ll definitely be reading the next thing Rip Rawlings writes. Great characters and start to a series.

great action overcomes a dubious story premise

This was a good listen. while the idea the US could be overcome in such a nature as demonstrated in this story send a fantastical, the characters and the action over came. good listen

Good story and storytelling

Narration was a little meh since most of the people sounded the same, but there are definitely worse. Pretty good story and well written with good characters that hopefully get more developed in future stories.

Maybe Red Dawn combined with One Second After? Great read!

Really liked the story. The title of the review says it all. If you liked either Red Dawn or One Second After then get this book.
