Great book but Missing "attached PDF"
I found the book extremely informative and was excited to look at all the documents in the "attached PDF" the narrator keeps advising us to look at. If one in interested in this book to learn from, these documents are a goldmine.
Unfortunately, there is no accompanying PDF. I contacted Amazon and they looked into it and said the seller doesn't provide it. If I knew that, I wouldn't have purchased the audiobook.
