Bridging Strategy and Execution in the Age of AI

I just finished this book and really enjoyed it. It strikes a great balance between being approachable for executives while still offering enough depth and practical examples for leaders to start thinking seriously about how to apply AI in their organizations. The discussion of AI’s economic impacts and workforce upskilling especially stood out to me, those are areas I work with often, and they rarely get the attention they deserve.

Overall, the book was far more engaging than most I’ve read in this space. Many titles are either too high-level or too technical, but this one hits the sweet spot; clear, relevant, and full of ideas that sparked new directions for me to explore.
