Wow!

I have listened to this Audible two times. The adaptation couldn’t be better. The acting is superb. The attention to detail and the little things they throw in make for a great listen.

What a delightful listen!

Refreshing and bountiful. Loved it and we listen to this again, whenever I feel low.

Good story but the background sound was distracting.

I very much enjoyed the story and narration, but the background sounds and sounds of scenes was too loud and constant throughout.

Very enjoyable

A classic set up as a play. Although I enjoy the word of Jules Verne this story set more as a play was very enjoyable. Like most good books I couldn’t be torn away.

A performance more than a narration

A great story, well adapted and very well performed. This is more like listening to a play than having the book read to you. Highly enjoyable for the whole family and very accessible for younger listeners (my 4 and 7 year old have been listening to this non stop for a few days now)

Really enjoyed the performance

I read the translation of the book as a kid. Picked up this performance to get some light content and I’ve really enjoyed it!

This book, which I mind you I was not expecting to like because of how long ago it was written, was absolutely amazing. It really makes me want to go on an adventure again with witty comedy and enough suspense to keep me on the edge of my seat. I highly suggest reading this book for an adventure worth reading about.
