But what if Rip could get it back? He's totally desperate - and not normal desperate, more like ready-to-restart-the-apocalypse desperate. Condemning humanity to a repeat merely for an adrenaline rush is probably not a good idea. Not a fan of zombies but this is a great book.
This is a fantastic take on what happens after zombie mayhem and the attempts at coping with a new reality. Both the story and narrative flow well and are never boring. The moral dilemmas and what we learn about the zombies are interesting and compelling. Never thought I feel sorry for zombie (Tiffany).

Unique and refreshing for a stale genre
The best zombie book I've read in awhile. Most zombie books focus solely on the military or scientast looking for a cure. Not this one.
