Amazing!!!

The black series is amazing I have the last book to read and I will be buying the whole series my hat goes off to the author I wish that they would make this into a movie highly recommend it on my reading list.

Good Story, Unexpected Ending

As always, I thoroughly enjoyed being back at Ft Independence with a new dilemma and the heroes who make this saga great. The ending was a bit different. I’m used to getting a clue as to who’s next, but I guess I’ll just wait to find out if the saga continues.

Another Great Installment

Another great installment of the Black Series. There was so much going on, I'm exhausted for the 22. Assisting President Lincoln, rescuing orphans, civil war, the racist North, and Influenza that almost took some of the men out. This one was far less violent than the last, but I love Black and most of the characters. Anthony's action is the match that started this fire, but most of the book is not really about him. Jakobi's narration brings all the characters to life.

On to book 5

I love it just like all the rest

I love this series with my whole heart! I’m going to listen again tho bc I didn’t think it was much of Anthony in this! I mean enough but not as much as Albert and James like theirs we didn’t hear so much from black POV. But I’m not complaining just noticing! I want EJ and Jeremiah to have a book soooo bad lol! I digress I loved it! Thank you for sharing!!!!

The strong black men’s and the freeing of their people.

I didn’t like the book I loved it. I just wish it could be made into a movie word from word. I loved all her books. Have not listened to the new book yet but I know it’s going to be good.

Colorful, strong, black male and female characters, relevant themes, enthralling sex scenes, great diction. I love all 4!

This is a really good series with my favorite male narrator! Jacobi does an excellent job with all the voices. When he lends his voice to a book it makes it more enjoyable.
