A Strange, Cynical, Beautiful Story
An imaginative and original fantasy story. A definite recommendation for fans of Neil Gaiman’s Neverwhere and the Matthew Swift books.
Special credit to the narrator who imbues an unlikable protagonist with a sense of humanity and sympathy and who makes the surreal, bizarre world seem approachable and possible.
